reinstall software after crash

Have Win ME. I had Corel 11 on computer until I had to
reinstall Windows after a computer crash. When I try to
reload Corel 11, I get an "1628, cannot complete install"
type error. Other software re-installed okay, just Corel
11 didnt. I deleted all Corel files and tried again...no
go. I cleaned up the reg with cleanup software and tried
again. Same message. Any suggestions??

I am not sure what you mean by Corel 11. CorelDraw 11?
WordPerfect 11?
