Default MSNP32.dll

Hello out there.
On booting up my system I am getting the following
messages:
-The windows registry or system.ini file refers to this
device file but the device file no longer exists. If you
deleted this file on purpose try uninstalling the
associated program using its uninstall or setup apps

If you still want to use the application associated with
this drive file try reinstalling the application to
replace the missing file.

vnetsup.vxd
vredir.vxd
dfs.vxd
then it says unable to load the dynamic link library
msnp.32dll

I have looked on my 98se disk and cannot find this file to
download. Any suggestions

thanks
