Default Can't open my computer

When trying to open my computer get error message and
nothing open.
The same happens when I open control panel. It's the same
message.
The first time it gave file PDF09A4.DLL . I have
reloaded Adobe and this message has gone to be replaced
with message that explorer can't open

Can body help and point me to what is wrong.

I don't think your problem is with Adobe Acrobat but rather with an unwelcome
and unwanted parasite possibly SafeGuardProtect (see
http://www.pestpatrol.com/PestInfo/s...ardprotect.asp). For more details
see Graham Womack's post in the Win Me General newsgroup.

Graham resolved his problem as follows:
"Do all this in Safe Mode
Make a Restore Point - just in case it gets worse.
Using Regedit, search for 'Safeguard'. Make a note of the dll name.
Run BHODemon (http://www.definitivesolutions.com/bhodemon.htm).
Look for the same dll name The 'Details' key should give you more
information about when the entries were loaded. Disable the registry entry.
Search your hard drive for the dll file (should be in Windows\System). Rename
it and a similar named lib file (possibly pdf.dll) - change the extensions.
Reboot, cross your fingers and try 'My Computer' "
