nobody@nowhere wrote in message ... If I visit a web site with a lot of flash content, I get the following error message: Iexplore has caused an error in FLASH9F.OCX Iexplore will now close. Can this be fixed? I was tempted to say: "yes, don't go there", but that wouldn't be very polite and so I'll change it to: "You may need to update your Adobe Flashplayer, if you are running this program and, if not, install it priod." Hopefully this will do the trick. Harry. |

IE6 + Adobe Flash = Error Message
nobody: Apparently you are not the only one having this problem. It is possible that your system may not meet the minimum requirements for the Adobe Flashplayer 9, if it is a Pentium II. OTOH Adobe itself may be at fault and noone knows when that will be resolved. You can find out more about it in their forum. BTW, did you try my first suggestion?
