Default Shutting off Keyboard Language Icon "EN" in systray "Internat.exe"

I /had to/ download install microsoft "jamondo.exe" keyboard
language enhancer to view a particular webpage. Now, each
time Seamonkey is started, the keyboard "EN" icon appears in
the system tray. What command/plug-in starts this function
and how do I stop seamonkey from doing this? I have
removed/uninstalled the Japanese Language component, and
renamed internat.exe so it cannot start. It is not in
msconfig/run. Keyboard, under Control Panel does not allow
to disable showing it in the systray. There is no
International icon in Control Panel.
Seamonkey=1.1.9
System is Win98SE.
