Default AST Vision 5B Monitor Driver for Windows 98SE

I am looking for a driver for an AST Vision 5B Monitor Driver for Windows
98SE. Have Googled without success. AST seems to have disappeared in one of
the technology bubble bursts.

Can anyone point me to a source or know of a compatible driver. I can find
ones for the AST Vision 5e,5u,7p, 7u etc but not the 5B.

Thanks!

Sorted now but the driver requirement for the monitor was a red herring!

The problem was that my daughter had obtained an old Council PC which had NT
loaded on it. The BIOS was passworded and the NT Administrators password
was unknown. I could not load any software.

She wanted her Polish neighbours to have a PC that could connect into her
Wireless LAN. So I decided best route was to load W98SE as the PC was too
underpowered and low on memory for XP.

I broke the BIOS password and loaded W98SE but the I was not able to get the
monitor to display properly. I had not found a specific driver for the
monitor during W98SE build and, as it turn out, the video card driver too.
It took a default driver.

The video output is attached to the motherboard with all the other outputs
mouse, keyboard, serial, parallel, joystick and soundcard etc. rather that
on a separate PCI card. I messed about trying to find a monitor driver,
hence my email, but I had another thought that maybe it was the video
driver.

I needed to take the PC apart to read the make/model of the motherboard. I
found that and was then able to find downloads from the manufacturer which
include video drivers and sound card drivers. I have installed the video
drivers and can now get my monitor to display properly.

Thanks for your help.
