Printing Problem with ME

Recently we started having an intermittent problem when
printing.

It does not happen all the time.

For example: this morning I was printing five different
Word documents from the same folder. It printed O.K. the
first four, but when I tried to print the fifth one it
gave me a little window that said I had to shutdown
(restart).

After I do that, I can print the remaining document from
the print Q.
