Default Fatal Exception Errors

I have Windows 98SE, IE6SP1, 1000 megahertz AMD Athlon
128 kilobyte primary memory cache
256 kilobyte secondary memory cache, Board: Gigabyte
Technology Co., Ltd. 7VKMLS 1.x
Bus Clock: 100 megahertz
BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. 07.00T 08/27/2002

Am on dialup and have Wal-Mart Connect as my ISP.
Frequently when I go to Start, Wal-Mart Connect, and Wal-
Mart Connect System Information, to clear the cache, when
I press the Sysem Information, I get a fatal exception
message of 0028:FF274BCA in VXD IntelC12(01) + 0002410A.
When I press any key to get out of it, the information
does come up where I can clear the cache, but then the
screen freezes, cannot move mouse, or anything. So I have
to press the Reset button. After it reboots, I go to the
IE Repair Tool. Then it will work okay for a while.
Maybe a day or two.

Have been to the Windows Help site for 98 have not found
anything on this. And have been to Fatal Exception Error
Messages, but do not find anything that matches the error
I get.

Anyone have any ideas. In the past, I have uninstalled
and re-installed Wal-Mart Connect, but eventually it
happens again, as it did this evening a couple of times.
Anyone have any ideas as to how I can fix this?

Thanks much.

Anna Ruth (from Tampa, FL)
