So, you don't have access to another computer (like your Mac), where you
can use the Internet to do a simple web search??

Quite apart from the fact that BOB can't access it anyway, that site
says:

If you do not know or have forgotten the Supervisor password, please
contact a Microsoft Support Professional for assistance. ... In special
cases, charges that are normally incurred for support calls may be
canceled

which sounds as if you'll be charged, and only to be told (from
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/189126/EN-US/, linked from the above
anyway) that

Microsoft support engineers cannot help you retrieve passwords of files
and features in Microsoft products that are lost or forgotten.
