Default Microsoft Broadband Networking Setup not configuring my base stati

Im getting an error message to either reset the base station or disable any
firewalls on my computer. I don't have any firewalls installed on my pc. I
don't have any virus protection on it (I know...Im working on that) and I
cannot find anything on my pc that says firewall or icf. How in the world do
I get this working??? I want to connect my laptop to dsl from home. Thus
far, no luck!

More info please - how are you trying to connect? Through a modem a router
or what? What operating system(s) are you using? How many PC's are you
trying to connect? can any of them connect to the internet? Are they
connected through a hub/switch/crossover cable? if so can they see each
other?
