How to automatize the start network session.

Hello,

I have to work by remote control on a PC with WindowsMe. This PC has two net
cards: one for the local network and he other for Internet with a ADSL
modem. There is nobody working phisycally at this PC. Each morning an
emplyee turns on the PC and starts a session in the local network
introducing the user name and pasword. Then he leaves the PC all alone. Now
for a long period the employee is going to be out of the office for a couple
of days each week.

We need to find a solution for this:

-The consierge starts the PC simply pressing the on/off button.
-The PC starts automatically a session in the local network (and also in
Windows) without any one keying the user name and password.

How can we turn it into an automatic process?
