help me -no sound when playing dvd but playing music is ok
I got problem playing dvd. there's no sound when i play dvd on my computer but playing music is ok. my system is Windows ME. My speaker worked fine though. Can somebody help me?

I had a slightly similar prob. I found that I didn't have an audio connector on my cd rom but the computer still played sound unless I tried to play music cds in media player but I then installed winamp and it played music fine through that without it. However I fitted an audio connector thingy and all is well with media player now. Have you got the dvd software on your pc? Else could it be something to do with that? I think it might be a driver related problem?
