Default Win98 USB Mass Storage Device drivers

I have just pluged in a USB key, and the system requires a USB Mass Storage
Device driver.

Where can I get hold of one, as I cannot find one manually searching
Microsoft or the internet manually.

The computer is not connected to the internet.
