Default Script error

Hello .
For some unknown reason I have just started getting a script error when
trying to print anything.
Res://C:Windows\System\SHDOCLC.DLL/Preview.dlg.
Am lost on resolving this as I'm or have run out of trouble shooting Idea's
would appreciate some help if possible my experience is limited to the realm
of novice for
the time being .

Item 1 seems most likely.

Jeff have solved this issue did a reinstall of the printer and I'm good to go !
