Default installing hp psc 1600 all-in-one

i try to install my new printer HP PSC 1600 All-in-One.
i'm having problem with a file called hpzglu12.exe.
i get a system-error. (see at the end of this mail).
does anyone had similar problems?
is there a way to find out what exactly the problem is when i get this
error?
