Default cannot open Printer file folder

When i try to open up the Printer file folder in Control
Panel, it promps me with this message:

"This file does not have a program associated with it for
performing this action. Create an association in the
Folder Options control panel."

I would like to be able to share the printer on my ME
computer with my XP computer, but cannot do so because I
cannot open my Printers settings folder on my ME computer.
