John, I like Mozilla Firefox better than IE but cannot get used to the
Mozilla Thunderbird newsgroup as of yet. Maybe I am just too comfortable
with Outlook Express.

Get Thunderbird to open this:

news://news.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.win98.setup

or

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...ic.win98.setup

or

news://news.microsoft.com:119/micros...ic.win98.setup

or

news://msnews.microsoft.com:119/micr...ic.win98.setup

Tip: Set Thunderbird as your default newsreader.
StartSettingsControl PanelInternet OptionsPrograms Tab...

Nothing AFAIK. It is just a side conversation, I guess. ???
BTW, John I do have Mozilla Thunderbird working in both this newsgroup and
the xp general newsgroup. I tried it and it was great. However, I just
choose to continue to use Outlook Express.

Okay, I will do and your other post made me see the light so I may start
using Mozilla Thunderbird instead.

Do you have something against all services or is the prolem just that you do
not know exactly what this service does?

Security is utmost to me and I want to get a firewall that blocks attacks and
then attacks the hacker shutting down their complete network just like the
U.S. military uses.
