Internet Connection Problem

Hi, i am trying to install a cd with free internet access for x amount of
days. The problem is i get the folowwing error during the setup:

"The internet connection wizard could not configure your computer for the
internet. you will need to manually set up your own tcp/ip protocols, dial up
networking, modem and isdn line and any other devices you use to dial from
home"

I have had this problem with another cd. can anybody give me step by step
instructions to solve this problem?

I suggest you contact the technical support department of the ISP that has
supplied the CD and explain your problem to them.
