Question network neighbourhood

can the network neighbourhood properties in windows 98 be protected by a password ? if yes then how ?

any help/suggestion will be vey much welcome

Are you talking about not allowing users to mess with the network
neighborhood properties?

You can setup a policy and not give them access to Network
Neighborhood.

Thank you for the suggestion. Where do i set up the policy? In the LAN server running WINDOWS NT 4.0 ?

Please tell me in detail. I am not very much conversant with WINDOWS NT.
