start up failure
What is error 0E:018F:BFF775B4 or OE:O18F:BFF775B4 (I'm
not sure if the letter O is actually the number 00? This error blocks my start up almost everytime I turn on my Windows ME computer. Can I find and remove this error? I've performed a surface scan of clusters on my hard drive, did a clean disk scan, a full virus scan, set searchpoint dates whenever my computer booted up correctly (they don't reconfigure my computer when this error appears), and I've shut down all filters. No errors were dected in the scans.
