Video driver name won't download.

I downloaded the correct driver name on CD & Floppy and when I sectto load it
it wouldn't load it. windows is just staying with the diffacult driver.My PC
has win98 SE.
7.0GB hard Drive.
And my other PC that has Win98SE can't find the drivers.
2nd PC has 1 800MB harddrive and 1 300MB harddrive.
I Took out the old 1280MB harddrive becouse the BIOS Kept on saying
harddrive Failur,so thats why I have 2 harddrives now.It use to be win95,but
for somereson win98SE can't find the drivers? Can someone help me about the
1st & 2nd PC.Please

Please describe the procedure you are using to install this driver. What
exactly happens when you attempt to install this driver? What is the
driver you are attempting to install? What is the driver that actually gets
installed?
