Default Display Problems winme

I am unable to adjust my display settings above 640 x 680
pixels with 16 colours. This seemed to have happened after
i deleted some presumed unused programs. I have also been
trying to upgrade my operating system to XP but it cant
complete the upgrade?? help!! what is wrong here???

First, did you run the XP Upgrade Advisor to see what incompatibilities you
may have?

Second, the display problem may require new drivers.
