Default How can I compress my hard drive when its FAT32

On my Windows98 SE when I tried to compress my 800MB hard
drive it said It can't becouse it Is allready FAT32.
What can I do???

Default

You must be using some compression software that is sensitive to the file
system type. Instead of compressing the whole drive, compress individual
folders that you don't use very often. Use a compression system that is
independent of the file system, such as any of the ZIP utilities.

Get a bigger hard drive is about the only answer unless you want to use a
product like WinZip to compress various files or folders.

Win98 Drive Compression routines are unsafe.
If you ever have a power failure you may lose
one or more drives. (Drive Compression seemed
worthwhile in the Win95 era when hard drives
were expensive: not nowadays.)
