Internet Connection Wizzard

My computer apparently attempts to connect to my ISP at each startup
as I get the following message: Failed to find Internet connection
wizard helper. I delete this and it pops up again. On second
delete everything is fine and everything working fine. Just a
nuisance. How can I get rid of this? Thanks. Bud Paulson

There are a couple of things that you can do.

1. Configure Internet Explorer not to dial the Internet. In Internet
Explorer, click Tools, Internet Options, Connections. Once you have done
this, use Dial up networking to connect and then open Internet Explorer.

2. Determine what's loading at Startup that is attempting to connect to the
Internet and configure that application not to load at startup.
