STILL STILL CAN'T FIND DRIVER NAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOOKED ON THE SOUND CARD. I LOOKED ON THE MODEM. I
LOOKED IT UP WITH THE FCC RULE CODE(ON
http://www.fcc.gov/oet/fccid/help.html#drivers)BUT NO
LUCK AT ALL. Is there ANY OTHER WAY AND PLUSE MY
MODEM,Sound CARD,and
MONITER ADAPTER ARE MADE BEFOR 1995. The modem came out
of a Windows 3.1 computer witch I Don't have any more and
my sound card has a CD-ROM conection and it came out of a
old Packard Bell system(with ether windows 3.1 or less)
and moniter adapter made in 1994. And I can't get NEW
drives for it becouse It only has ISA SLOTS!!! OH but
the moniter adapter JUST says ORCHID TECHOLOGY. So can
any body help me. Is there a place to download OLD DRIVER
FILES and/or Names and/or TYPE. HERE on Microsoft.com OR
somware else. Please I relly need HELP. And Lotsa HELP
even TONS OF HELP. Any Help would Work if its somthing
easy or best to use. Thanks
