Default Cannot Make Change in "Display Properties"

Working on a friends HP laptop, I made a change in "Display Properties". I
changed the resolution from 1024 x 768, to 800 x 600. Now I am unable to
change it back. Because everything is much larger on the screen, I am unable
to get to "OK" to accept the change. I tried moving the window as high as I
can, but it will not go high enough to see the "OK".
