Just want to expand, I am using HP desktop. Please let

me know if i need to buy new memory or software program I
can purchase to fix this problem. Everytime I try to open
an internet window, a popup comes up and tells me that I
cannot open this. Sometimes it indicates unknown or
times it tells me kernel.dll error. Any instructions
will be helpful. Thank you in advance.
