Default Program Closes on it's own

MSINFO opens for a split second then closes. Others too.

This is most likely being caused by a virus or spyware/adware program on
your computer. Try one of the free online virus scanners like the one at
TrendMicro.com to try to rule out viruses; get a copy of AdAware from
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ and install it, then update it, then clean off
everything it finds to try to eliminate the spyware/adware angle.
