Help-troubleshooting

After selecting a problem e.g. memory, a page comes up
with questions. After marked one of them, I click the
next button. Then a blanc page appears. This happens with
every selected problem. In the past, a step by step
guidance showed up with at the end; Sorry, troublesoot
can not solve the problem. All this is missing.
Question: What is the reason and how can I resore the
help system ?

Did you recently install a security update?

If so, get the TS work around fix at:
http://mvps.org/PracticallyNerded/SoftFixes.htm

If not, do a find on your hard drive for: tshoot.inf If it is not found,
open Explorer and on the toolbar click, View, Folder Options and View tab.
Mark the box, Show all files. Do the find again. When found, right click
the file and select install.
