Yeah, and I was wondering what happened to him, too.

And I was wondering who he is in the first place!

I'll have to ask a question that needs a PCR type answer - it's not like him to be so
quiet. He could be a puddle of radioactive ooze in his study, covered with his
tinfoil hat !
How're things in Colorado? Good to see some of my fave gurus are still here.

LOL. Maybe he's having problems with accessing newsgroups via the other
NNTP server he was using (aioe, I thought), but that doesn't seem likely

It's been pretty quiet up here, but I have been having some fun upgrading my
CPU to speed up my system a bit. So far, so good. :-)

What is a bit disappointing is that many have left, but fortunately some
have stuck around! I looked at the web-based newsgroups, but just can't
get into it! This is much nicer.

How are things with you in AU land?

Things are just fantastic in AU land. Perfect weather, coming up to summer. Partner
gave me a boxer pup - just the best dogs are boxers , they're the clowns of the dog
world.. Now have 2. No more grandchildren are forthcoming, so it's puppies for me!
You'd be moving into ski weather over there eh? One thing I never got the hang of,
water ski - yes. Snow ski - no way.
I've just been setting up my partners laptop with windows 7 and building a '98
frankenstein for the grandkids to play on. As long as it has paint and word, they're
happy.
Seeya, take care

I'm back. Thanks for missing/wondering about me -- you & Colorado &
Hot-text & Iz (who's in my Inbox, but I'm answering here) & even
webster72n & anyone/everyone else.

No, I haven't been XP-irradiated. I can see every toe under my
longjohns -- & none is green or purple like yours! My absence started
with weed-pulling & roof-tarring. So, my green & purple pinky fingers
are fully explainable! After that, I had to replace plates that were
stolen from a car I hardly drive. It was surprising they could find them
under the dust! After that, I guess I possibly was finally sated after a
million years here &/or I just got plain lazy. And maybe I wanted to
find something else to do too -- but it seems I can't! If I ever should
drop out unannounced again, let me say now I will miss some of you too,
as I've missed others that dropped out before me.

Is this the full discussion of me that Iz said was here? I only see 9
posts in this thread not including mine. But I only see 463 posts in the
NG total. Does that seem right? Could be aioe will only feed a certain
number at a time. Anyhow, I've now got 454 more to read, (but first I
must go watch ''The Event''). I don't quite recall whether I deleted the
NG two months ago when I dropped out. It doesn't look like I did,
because I didn't have to resubscribe. But why do I have just these 463
messages, most of them still unread? The first is dated 9/13/2010 & the
last is today.

Thanks or Good Luck,
There may be humor in this post, and,
Naturally, you will not sue,
Should things get worse after this,
PCR
