is not in english (000yyy etc.) Is there a way to convert
this dialog to english??? Please advise.

What application (viewer) are you using to read the instructions where you
see "000yyy etc."?

What suffix does the 'Instructions' file have - e.g. 'Instructions.doc',
'Instructions.txt', 'Instructions.pdf', etc.?

You *may not* have an application on your computer that will read it
correctly.
