After using CWShredder
I used CWShredder and removed everything they suggested,
thinking I was doing a good thing to my registry. However, ever since then, the computer has been making noise as in being very busy. Also the mouse doesn't behave like before. Did I do something bad?

After using CWShredder
You could run System Restore to return to before you used CWShredder,
assuming you also removed files. If you *only* edited the registry, in Start | Run type "SCANREG /RESTORE" without the quotes and with the space between the G and / and choose a registry backup from before you used CWShredder. Then run CWShredder again and tell us what it says *to* remove, or remove it all again and tell us what you *did* remove. Shane "Rikki" wrote in message ...
