error in I.explorer

I have windows 98 and Pentium2 computer,When i start Internet explorer there
is a message 'an error has occured in your program -------- there are 2
Options =CLOSE/IGNORE ' When I click close there is another message
'Iexplore has performed an illegal operation in details it Iexplore caused a
general protection fault in module R3DMINI.DVR at 0001:00007191 etc.etc
this keep on occuring although I have uninstalled and then reintalled
Internet Explorer. need help urgently thanks a lot

That appears to be a problem with your video driver. First see if you =
can get updated drivers for it from the manufacturers site, install them =
per their instructions and see if it takes care of the problem.

If that doesn't help:
Reboot to Safe Mode
Change to the Standard VGA video drivers.

In Device Manager remove any/all entries of your video adapter/chip.
Reboot.
Windows will redetect the hardware.
Don't let Windows reinstall the drivers if you have a choice, choose to =
select from disk and install the drivers you downloaded from the =
manufacturer.=20
