Changing all the names on an old second-hand laptop
Is there a list somewhere of registry entries for owner's names? I am
using an OLD laptop to run Microsoft Word 97 in night school until they can fix the scheduling screw-up and put us in a lab. This laptop was given to me over 5 years ago by my mother's cousin when she upgraded. I changed the registry entry for the system information page you get to by right-slicking on "my computer", but just noticed last night I never changed the registration for Office. I'm going to search the registry for all entries of her name, but is there a list somewhere of all such things or a program to automate doing it? The laptop is running Windows 98 First Edition. |
