Invalid Page Fault in explorer.exe and MSIMN

EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in
module unknown at 0000:07c7fc6e.

Have downgraded Internet Explorer to 5.0, and all my
controls worked (ex: control panel, windows explorer, my
computer), reinstalled Internet Explorer 6.0 and it went
back to not being able to access anything again, so am now
back to Internet Explorer 5.0 with everything working
except my Outlook Express with this error message:

Obviously something is going on with Internet Explorer
6.0, anyone have any ideas?
