Default i am having trouble inst webcam

when attempting to install quick cam messanger prompt tell
me i may need to use my win 98 disk and i dont have what
else can i do if anything !!!

"START button, Find, F/F, Win98*.cab".

If 55 of them show up, the folder that contains them IS your Windows
Installation CD. Then, you must direct the installation to look there.

Look in C:\Windows\Options\CABS and see if there aren't several dozen =
CAB files there. If there are, that's where your webcam installer should =
look for Windows Installation files, instead of on a CD. Or, since they =
*may* be elsewhere, simply do a Find on WIN98*.CAB. If there's dozens of =
them, not just one or two, you've found the folder.

Otherwise, you're SOL until you can find a Windows installation CD, one =
that matches your version of Windows (Original 98, Second Edition, ME, =
etc.)
