New window size in IE

How do I get a new window to open full size in IE when I
click on a link to a new page. I want it to open full size
automatically.

One solution is the freeware AutoSizer utility at:

Open IE. Drag the sides so the Window is full screen (don't click
Maximise!). Close IE. Reboot.
