I have a small HD that is running out of space and I need to regain some
disk space. Can I simply delete the contents of the following C:\Windows
folders without anything disasterous happening:

Temp
Temporary Internet Files (including Content.IE5 folder)
Windows Update Setup Files

Thanks in advance,
-GB
