please help someone

im trying to add hardware to my usb (digi camera )to load
my photos on to my pc im running windows me the pc asks me
to insert the windows disk but i never got a win,me disk
with my pc....
this is what comes up.................
the file was not found (error#2)setup could finish opening
a file on the source disk
source file c:\windows\option\install\usbntmap.sys.
destinationfile c:\system32\drivers\usbntmap.sys=base 2.cab
when i try to skip this file usbntmap.sys
usbstor.sys comes up
im at a total loss here please can any one help if you can

When you see this message point the installer at the folder containing the
file BASE2.CAB which is usually either c:\windows\options\cabs or
c:\windows\options\install.
