WINEBDO.400\EBD\10.SYS

Hi, can anyone help. Been trying to make a floppy start up
disc but get the above message, have tried different discs
but no joy. Any ideas would be gratefully received.

I replied to your original post. You will gain little by repeatedly making
the same post.

The error you are seeing is seemingly because the applet creating the bootdisk
cannot find the file io.sys to add to the image. What happened when you
pointed the applet towards the folder containing BASE2.CAB when it asked for
io.sys?

If you are still unable to create a boot floppy you can download the image of
a Win ME OEM boot disk from www.bootdisk.com. Download to your desktop, double
click to run and follow the prompts to transfer the image to a floppy.
