Reinstalling IE is an option, but I cannot tell from here if it is the key to your
problem. First, check for malwa Update your anti-virus app and then run a full-system virus scan. SpyBot S&D: http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=download If you find your system is clean and you still have the problem, then try the IE reinstall. In fact, I have checked with PC-cllin 2004 and Adware S2
and running its add-ons including LSP Explorer and VX2 Cleaner and found that it was clean. Would the LSP explorer cause the problem? Now when I clicked Start/Settings/Control Panel , I have to wait about more than 1.5 minutes for the Control Panel window starting. And sometimes it even hangs !! Any advice?
