Default OEM1g50.exe linked to missing ADVAP132.dll

My old computer running Windows 98 just starting
displaying an error notice (I just set this computer up
with wireless connection to my new one and then tried to
set up networking to the new one as well;home
computers). The message:
"Error Starting Program:
OEM1G50.exe file is linked to missing export
ADVAP132.dll:RegOverridePredefkey"

Can anyone tell me what this means and what I need to do?
I did the following on Windows 98 computer:

1. Set up wireless connection- no problems
2. Downloaded ISP's high speed software to check email
this computer as well
3. After running the Home Network wizard on the Windows
XP computer I copied setup disk (as instructed) and
downloaded on my Windows 98 computer.
*When I attempt to set up properties for networking on
the 98, or even try and install the newer version update
for Explorer I get the above message. I hit OK and it
comes up again, I hit OK and it goes away, but won't
complete installation. Help!!

Basically it means that the ADVAP132.dll file is the wrong version and it
cannot do what OEM1g50 expects it to do. See what you can find out on
ADVAP132.dll by doing a google.com search
