Default windows versions

I am running windows 98 SE. My original version was
4.10.2222A after installing the security cd it became
4.10.2222B.
Dreamweaver will not install on 4.10.2222B only A.
Is there a way to set the version back to A even for a
temporary period?
Any help appreciated

Open the registry editor to this key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\SubVersionNumbe
r

See if changing the subversionnumber to an "A" temporarily will get by the
install problem.
