Default spyware programs

How can i tell if i have a keystroke logger or other malware on my computer.
I am using infoworks spyware remover and it only turns up cookies. Also,
what is the command for finding startup programs in the "run" box. Thanks in
advance, skyman.

GG has it nailed.........however, it won't show you background apps. For
that, you would need a good process viewer. Process Explorer works well
with Me, it's free, get it at www.sysinternals.com .
