printer port corruption
My printer, HP 7210 all-in-one, is connected via usb.
Following reboot, the device reports to be 'ready'. When printing a test page, the message, "Data error (cyclic redundancy check) USB001" appears and the device then reports to be disconnected. I've changed the usb cable out and tested the printer on my laptop (it works fine). Any suggestions? Thanks. |
