John,
Walk slowly to your local software shop. Buy a copy of Word (not Word 2003, but rather a copy of either Word 2002 or Word 2000), walk slowly home, insert the CD in your PC and install. However if you're in a bit of a rush I'm sure you could buy a copy on-line and save the slow walking. :-) Basically Word is an application that can be bought either "stand-alone" or as part of either Microsoft Office or Microsoft Works Suite (but not Microsoft Works). It does not form part of Win Me or any other Microsoft operating system. If however all you want to do is to be able to read, but not write or edit, documents created in Word you might want to consider downloading and installing the free Microsoft Word viewer (http://office.microsoft.com/download...wd97vwr32.aspx). -- Mike Maltby MS-MVP John wrote: How can I add Word to ME.
