error OE: 0028 : C0013620

sorry, don't know which newsgroup to go to for my dilemma, so because I have
WinME I am starting here...

keep getting the error message with file name VMM(01) + 00012620 - OE: 0028
: C0013620 - OD: 0028 : C15077C0 it loses the internet connection, system
hangs up on error message, can't boot using ctrl/alt/del, just won't do
anything... have to shut off at tower and restart..

have tried searching google, but I only get a black screen from hell so if
there is anybody with a clue as to what this means and how I can fix the
problem, I would appreciate any help I can get...
