The file is SHELLICONCACHE, del is what you need to do to the file. :-) This
file, in the windows folder, is a hidden file so to see it when using Explorer
it is first essential to enable the viewing of such files (Explorer | Tools |
Folder Options | View and check the button "Show hidden files and folders" in
the section "Hidden files and folders".

I have enable (show hidden files and folders)in the
folders options. I can't access the file (del
shelliconcache) file. How can I fix this problem?

Once again, there is no file "del shelliconcache". The file is called
SHELLICONCACHE.
