Cannot read chinese filenames

Default Cannot read chinese filenames

I tried almost all popular chinese software like cstar,
njstar, etc. All just cannot read the chinese character
filenames and its extensions??? Why?

Because Windows 9x cannot display Chinese except web pages.
If you want to use chinese softwares, you can install Windows ME (Chinese).
Or ask on microsoft.public.cn.windowsxp group.
The Chinese will help you. Remember: Use Chinese or English talk to them.
DON'T ask on microsoft.public.cn.windowsme.
