Default Need help to set up networking

I now have two computers
1) 1999 vintage 600Mhz box running WIN98 se, and
2) 2003 vintage 1.2Ghz box running WINXP pro/ sp2
I have the computers connected via ethernet through a hub
to a DSL modem/router. Both systems can be accessing the
Internet simultaneously.

I would now like to set the two systems up so that they
can share their data. i.e their disks.

Please point me to cookbook step by step documentation
that will help me to do this easily.

Advance thanks.
